Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised learning plans based on students’ needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students’ learning experience
- Monitor and track students’ progress, adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
A relevant teaching qualification
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies for SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Working Conditions:
Flexible part-time hours, working in a supportive educational environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
