Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location: Greys, Essex, East of England
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Deliver engaging lessons to help students achieve their learning goals
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to support students effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with a diverse range of SEN conditions
- Training in specific intervention programmes for SEN students
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a school or home setting
- May require travel to different locations to support students
- Work closely with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
