SEN Teaching Assistants Needed For Schools in Northamptonshire

Teaching Personnel Northampton are now recruiting for specialist support staff to work in SEN schools across Northamptonshire. We are currently looking for experienced candidates who have worked with Autism, Complex Needs, PMLD, SLD, SEMH, GDD & learning difficulties!

Ideal candidates should have:

• Previous SEN experience, even if not from a school environment
• The ability to think on their feet and adapt in a fast paced environment
• The ability to effectively manage very challenging behaviour
• Good knowledge of the UK curriculum
• Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
