Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a fantastic SEN school based in Norwich. The pupils at the school are aged from 3-16 and have complex learning needs. The school require a number of highly motivated SEN TAs to support them on a flexible basis throughout the week. This would be ideally suited to an experienced TA who is looking for more flexibale adhoc work or a student who is looking to get more experience in education. You would be supporting pupils in KS1-KS4, your role would be based around supporting the class teacher with the daily running of the class this would include behavioural management, some 1:1 pupils support and some small groups sessions.
Position:
· You will work with the Teacher to plan and deliver bespoke 1:1 intervention sessions to raise attainment to age-related expectations.
· Be responsible for the pupils behaviour in class and take them out to the nurture room if necessary.
· Liaise with the Teacher, SENDCO and parents to report progress.
Requirements:
- · Have experience working with primary school pupils on a 1:1 basis
- · Hold either a degree or a teaching assistant qualification
- · Hold a valid up to date clean DBS check on the update service
- Experience working with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
