SEN Teaching assistant

 

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is based near Peterborough.

A challenging yet rewarding role supporting primary aged pupils in a specialist SEN unit which has a high staff to pupil ratio. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will work in conjunction with the Teacher to help implement lesson plans, dealing with behavioural and special needs issues and delivering interventions. Experiences in supporting those with EAL, SEMH, radicalised children, speech and languages difficulties and other complex needs are essential skills.

Hours 8.30am – 3.30pm Mon-Fri

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
