SEN Teaching Assistant

Requiring Full Time Experienced Teaching Assistant for a SEN School in Boston

This opportunity is to support pupils with PMLD, SLD and ASC on a long term basis within a specialist school. The role will be extremely rewarding, however it can have its challenges. 

This school in Boston caters for pupils who have an Educational Health care Plan for a wide range of SEN, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Austism and Severe Learning Difficulties. Teaching Personnel are looking for candidates to provide cover until Christmas with a chance of becoming a permanent position. The successful TA will be required to work across various classes and be comfortable with personal care. The school have a great team, supportive team who are all happy to help across various classes and needs. The ideal candidate will have an open mind, a confident and outgoing nature and a true passion for working with young people with Special Educational Needs. Experience in working in a SEN environment and the ability to engage and support young people is essential.
