Our partner client school in Wilmslow are looking for learning support assistants immediately to work within their school supporting students who have special educational needs in the areas of autism, social emotional mental health and behaviour.

If you have prior experience in this capacity whether that be in an educational environment or an alternative area such as health care, youth working or social services we welcome your application. The school provides ongoing all year round CPD opportunities to enhance your skill set and capabilities in the role.

Graded Good by Ofsted this school is one of the largest in the country with over 2300 students currently with plans in place to expand in the near future. The working hours will be 8:30am-3:30pm term time only, initially this post is on a temporary basis but has the potential to become permanent for the suitable candidate.

Essential criteria for this role;

  • Passion for working with and developing young people who have complex learning needs
  • Available full time Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30-3:30
  • Suitable references form previous employment or education
  • Fully enhanced DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
