Behavioural Support: Utilize your skills in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive interactions among students.

Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.

Inclusive Practices: Support the inclusion of students with diverse needs, fostering a welcoming and accepting atmosphere in the classroom.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring additional support.

Education: A relevant qualification in support work, education, or a related field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively liaising with students, staff, and parents.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the dynamic and varied needs of the classroom environment.

Empathy: A compassionate and empathetic nature is key to building positive relationships with students and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
