Job description

Join a large secondary school in Bury, supporting pupils with additional learning needs and guiding them to reach their full potential.

  • Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant required to start immediately.
  • Earn up to GBP1400 per month.

Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in our client school, you will be:

  • Working alongside class teachers supporting students aged 11-16 in classes.
  • Supporting students with additional behavioural or learning needs.
  • Assisting pupils on a 1:1 and on a small group basis to raise progress and attainment.

To be considered for this role it is required that you have experience supporting young people with SEN previously. The school is equipped with modern facilities and has a recently refurbished support department.

Our client school is based in Bury with access from the M66 and A56 for those applicants with their own transport. For non-drivers, the school can be accessed via several public transport links from Prestwich, Whitefield and Bolton.
