We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the BL4 area. This role involves working closely with pupils who require extra help with their learning, as well as providing personal care support where needed.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with special educational needs.

  • Work alongside teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans.

  • Help promote independence, confidence, and social skills.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school, care or voluntary background welcome).

  • Comfortable providing personal care support where required.

  • Patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.

  • Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
