Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support and assistance to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant is highly preferred.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in SEN support or teaching assistance are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and a commitment to staying up to date with best practices.
- Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
