Pay: £89–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in Stone and Stafford.

This role is ideal for graduates, career changers, or individuals with childcare or classroom experience looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 4–11.

The Role

• Support teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support

• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (paid or voluntary)

• Patient, proactive and flexible approach

• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
