Do You Have Experience in a role with Transferable Skills?

Care Assistant, Support Worker, Residential Care, Sports Coach, Psychology Graduate?

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants to support Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) Schools in and around Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available across a range of age groups and needs.

 No prior Teaching Assistant experience required!
If you have a background in care, coaching, psychology, or support work, your skills are highly valued and transferable.

What We’re Looking For:

  • positive and proactive attitude

  • strong work ethic and willingness to get involved

  • calm, caring, and patient nature

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations

  • Confidence to use your own initiative

  • Passion for supporting children of all abilities and needs

  • Willingness to undertake training and coaching

  • Experience with SEN children is beneficial, but not essential

  • A valid DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
