SEN Teaching Assistant – Stamford
Flexible working options | Long-term & permanent opportunities available

Teaching Personnel, the UK’s largest education recruitment company, is seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in schools across Stamford and the surrounding areas.

We work closely with local primary, secondary and specialist schools who are looking for caring and committed individuals to provide 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an SEN or care setting (though not essential)

  • Be patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils

  • Show initiative and adaptability in the classroom

  • Education qualifications (Desirable not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
