Salary: £85–£100 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in the [insert area] area for the upcoming academic year.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups with a variety of needs (including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and Downs Syndrome)

• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions

• Helping pupils engage in the curriculum and build confidence in and out of the classroom

• Promoting emotional well-being, independence, and social development

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or non-school setting)
✅ Calm, positive, and proactive attitude
✅ A genuine passion for inclusive education
✅ Relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not essential)
