About the School: Situated in Totton, our partner school caters to children aged 5-11 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), with a heavy population of autistic children. The school, rebuilt in 2012, offers purpose-built facilities tailored to the unique needs of SEN children. From a hydrotherapy pool and sensory rooms to soft play areas and outdoor parks, the school provides a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Position Details: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of these exceptional children. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, implementing tailored learning strategies, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:45am to 3:15pm, giving you the perfect work-life balance.

Contract Details: The position offers the option of a permanent contract after a probation period, providing stability and long-term career growth opportunities.
