The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with their learning and development. From one-on-one assistance to group activities, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:45am to 3:15pm, with a permanent contract on offer after a probationary period.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in SEN education (desired but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
