SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Salisbury – September 2025 Start

You’ll be working with pupils aged 2 to 18, across both primary and secondary phases, many of whom have complex needs including autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.

This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day.

About the Role:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a wide range of additional needs

• Support students' academic, emotional, and social development

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive behaviour

• Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning plans (EHCPs)
