SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Salisbury – September 2025 Start
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs?
A welcoming and well-respected specialist school in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their committed team from September 2025.
You’ll be working with pupils aged 2 to 18, across both primary and secondary phases, many of whom have complex needs including autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.
This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Provide tailored support to pupils with a wide range of additional needs

Support students' academic, emotional, and social development

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive behaviour

Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning plans (EHCPs)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
