A forward-thinking specialist school in Salisbury is seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This full-time role (8.30am to 3pm) involves working across both primary and secondary age groups (ages 2–18), offering variety, challenge and deep fulfilment.

Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Deliver 1:1 and group support to pupils across Key Stages 1 to 5

Assist in delivering a differentiated curriculum tailored to individual learning styles

Foster emotional regulation, social interaction and communication skills

Provide personal care and mobility support when required

Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to ensure consistent, holistic care

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
