SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to join the SEND team at our excellent client secondary school based in Salford on a full-time basis.

• Earn between £1790 - £1900 per month, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
• Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE.

• Opportunity to build on experience supporting children and young people.
• April 2026 start date

Our client school require a passionate teaching assistant to support a number of students identified as having SEN or SEMH. You will work closely with the SENCO to design and implement individual learning plans, as well as leading one-to-one interventions to target key areas of development. It is important that you can build rapport and positive working relationships with students to encourage learning and progress.
