1:1 Teaching Assistant – KS1 – Poole

One of our lovely primary schools in Poole is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in their learning journey.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with experience working with KS1 children who can provide focused, patient, and compassionate support in the classroom.

This position is full time from January 2026.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children in Key Stage 1

• Be confident in assisting with learning activities, routines, and personal development

• Be adaptable, reliable, and compassionate

• Work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support for the child
