Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch (Full-Time/Part-Time)

The Role:

Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH.

Assist class teachers in adapting resources and learning materials to individual needs.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Offer 1:1 and small group interventions.
-
Support with behaviour management and social development.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN is beneficial, but not essential.

Calm, patient, and empathetic nature.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
