Learning Support Assistant – Specialist SEN School
Location: Winchester area, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time | Term time only
Pay: Competitive hourly rate | Temp-to-perm opportunities

A welcoming Specialist SEN School in Shawford is looking for caring and motivated Learning Support Assistants to support primary-aged pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties, complex needs, and autism.

The Role

Provide 1:1 and classroom support
Help pupils develop communication, independence, and life skills
Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning
Create a calm, positive, and safe environment

About You
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds including education, childcare, care, health, youth work, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles. School experience is not essential — full training is provided.
