SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Milton Keynes

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-established specialist school in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

  • Full-time position, starting ASAP
  • Working on a rolling contract with the potential for a permanent position, depending on preference
  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including speech, language, and communication difficulties, autism, and associated learning challenges
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and structured learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, autism, or communication needs (preferred but not essential)
  • patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to helping young people develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
