The Role
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop life skills, and manage emotional and behavioural challenges. The role may also involve supporting personal care needs and working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
- Willingness to provide personal care support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for SEND
⭐ Desirable Experience
- ASC, PMLD, CLDD, or SEMH support
- Team Teach or behaviour management training
- PECS, Makaton, AAC, or other communication systems
- Specialist school, care, or support service experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
