SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently hiring SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a north Manchester SEN Primary School.

Your role would be to support a classroom Teacher with the teaching and care of children with a range of additional needs including social, physical, cognitive and sensory.

The ideal Sen Teaching assistant for this role MUST have:

-          Experience working with young people.

-          Full availability during school hours: Monday- Friday 8.30- 15.30.

Not required but preferred:

-          Experience working with Primary age children with Special Educational Needs.

-          Confidence in dealing with complex behavioural needs.

-          Hard working and proactive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
