SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Horsham

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students in Horsham from November. You’ll work closely with teachers to help students with additional needs thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with a variety of SEN needs

• Assisting in classroom learning and individual support

• Promoting independence and confidence in students

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN students, ideally in a secondary school

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• A team player with a positive attitude

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
