We are a specialist post-16 college located just off the Gloucester Docks, and we are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 16–25 with a range of Special Educational Needs. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting SEN students aged 16–25 in classroom, community, and life-skills sessions
- Helping learners develop independence, communication, and practical life skills
- Assisting with basic IT activities and helping students grow digital confidence
- Joining staff and students on occasional educational day trips
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain a safe, inclusive environment

- Experience in care, support work, SEN, or education is highly welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
