Teaching Assistant – Day-to-Day & Full-Time Opportunities
Specialist Education Setting | Surrey

Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom? We are working closely with a specialist school to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for both day-to-day supply and full-time roles.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with communication and social interaction needs, including autism, within a nurturing and structured learning environment


Your Role Will Include:

✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
✅ Assisting teachers with tailored lesson delivery
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
✅ Helping students develop independence, confidence and social skills
✅ Creating a calm, safe and engaging learning environment


We’re Looking For:

✨ Caring, patient and resilient individuals
✨ A genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education
✨ Previous experience in education, care or SEN is beneficial but not essential
✨ Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
