Job description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the dedication and skills to provide tailored support and education to students in Bradford? If so, we want you to join our team!

Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Bradford, United Kingdom
Salary: Starting from £120+ per day, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate and full reference history

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
