Job description

Are you a qualified Teacher with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs?

If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Leyland based SEN School which caters for pupils with Learning Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, Physical Disabilities and some pupils who have SEMH Difficulties. The School caters for pupils from KS2 - 5 and therefore candidates must be happy to work with a range of age groups. The School are seeking a candidate to deliver a range of subjects and therefore the specialism of the Teacher isn't specific.

Teaching Personnel work with a number of Lancashire Schools so even if you were unsuccessful for this position we would still aim to find you an alternative role in a Lancashire SEN School or alternative provision.

The School in Leyland is smaller than average and pupils in this School may display challenging behaviours. The School provides education for KS3/4 pupils and there are a few pupils who are in KS5. The School currently has approximately 45 pupils on roll and they are ofsted graded 'Good'.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

* negotiable pay rates £95 - 135 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
