SEN Teacher needed – Temp to Perm Opportunity in Preston
Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join our partner schools across Preston. The roles are fantastic temp-to-perm opportunities, giving you the chance to make a lasting impact on pupils’ lives while securing a long-term role.
The Role:

Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASC, SEMH, MLD, and SLD.

Supporting pupils in Primary, Secondary, and specialist SEN settings.

Working closely with support staff and school leaders to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Adapting teaching methods to meet individual EHCP targets.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential – training and support provided).

Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
-
A positive, resilient, and empathetic approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
