SEN Teacher

We are recruiting for a Teacher to join a SEN Primary school based in Manchester. The school caters for pupils aged 2-11 with a range of needs including, Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Profound, Multiple Learning Difficulties. The school has been recently graded as Good by OFSTED and was praised in the positive environment within the school for both staff and pupils. The school has a wide array of facilities to support you as the teacher in your mission to assist the young leaners. The school has a large number of classroom to accommodate the small class sizes, a large outdoor space, sensory and play therapy rooms amongst other things. Your role as a Teacher would be to implement a diverse and often personalised curriculum to the pupils.

The pupils within the classes are placed there based on their needs rather than age. You will create fun and interactive lesson that focus on things such as character building, confidence building, effective communication and play centred learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
