Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency who provide ECTs, Teachers, Tutors, Teaching Assistants and support staff into Mainstream and SEND schools across the UK.
I am working with are working with a number of SEND/SEMH Schools and Alternative Education Provisions across Sevenoaks, that are looking for qualified Teachers.
The needs of the pupils within the provisions vary from complex needs to challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
About the role:
- Mon-Fri
- 08:30-15:30
- Term Time only
- ECT or QTS
- Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school
- Have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient- this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding!
- A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents
- Responsible for a class of 4-6 pupils- managing behaviour with escalation techniques
- There will be a number of Learning support Assistants to support the Teacher in each class

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
