SEN Teacher
Job description
Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN Teacher ready to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people?
A respected and inclusive specialist school in Poole is seeking a qualified and passionate teacher to join their dynamic team from September 2025, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
You will be supporting learners aged 5 to 18 with a wide range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and those accessing alternative provision pathways.
Every pupil is supported to succeed at their own pace in a nurturing and individualised learning environment.
The full-time salary for this role ranges from £31,650 to £43,607 per year, with part-time pay calculated on a pro-rata basis, ensuring fair compensation for your hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN and SEMH learners

Adapt curriculum content to match individual EHCP outcomes

Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
