SEN Teacher
Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher with QTS to join a specialist school supporting children aged 4–16.
This full-time position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing in a highly supportive environment.
You will be working with pupils who have Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), as well as a range of communication, interaction and social needs.
Many pupils require structured support and a personalised approach to help them achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs.
The role involves tracking pupil progress, supporting EHCP outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
You will create a structured and positive classroom environment and work closely with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each learner.
About You
You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly MLD and SLD.
You will be patient, adaptable and creative in your approach, with strong communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
