The Students You’ll Support

You will be working with learners aged 11 to 19 with a wide range of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

• Associated visual impairments and other complex needs

Support may include classroom-based learning, small group work, and one-to-one support across secondary and further education pathways.

What We’re Looking For

• Has a minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN

• Is confident supporting complex needs and communication differences

• Is patient, adaptable, and proactive

• Is available for full-time work with an immediate start

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
