The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create a consistent and caring learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet changing needs
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through collaboration and participation in CPD
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
Safeguarding Statement:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
