The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create a consistent and caring learning environment
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet changing needs
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through collaboration and participation in CPD

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
• A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
