Teaching Personnel are looking for SEN specialist that can support classroom environments that support children with different SEN needs. These settings include:
- Autism
- Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Disability (PLMD)
- Alternative Provision
- Pupil Referral Unit (PRU)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
The schools cater for students between the ages of 4 and 19 years old. All sites are extremely well resourced with outstanding facilities, including extensive outdoor spaces, sensory gardens, hydrotherapy pools, sensory rooms, a soft play room, music suite, dance studio and dedicated rooms for Art and Food Technology.

SEN Teacher – The Role:
• To deliver challenging and creative SEN lessons across a range of subjects; differentiated to support individual needs and targets
• Working closely with the in-house support team of therapists
• Ensuring the progress and wellbeing of your assigned class
• To assess, monitor and to evaluate the progress of the support staff within the class
• Full-time, Permanent Role
• September 2024 Start Date!
• Salary – Teacher Pay Scale (MPS1 to UPS3 – Depending on experience).
SEN Teacher – The Person:
• Must have full qualified teacher status – UK QTS
• Must have a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Experience of working in a specialist environment is highly desirable
• You will need to have a proven track record of delivering high quality lessons to students with additional needs
• ECTs are welcome to apply!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
