Teaching Personnel is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated SEN partner school in Cambridge that supports autistic pupils with complex needs. The school are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and innovative SEN Teacher who is committed to inclusive education and trauma-informed practice.
About the Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Support the communication, learning, and wellbeing of autistic pupils in Key Stage 2 or 3
- Deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching to small groups, tailored to individual learning and sensory needs
- Plan and deliver a creative curriculum inspired by the International Baccalaureate and trauma-informed practice
- Lead on the development and review of EHCPs, including setting goals and tracking progress
- Work closely with families, teaching assistants, and therapists to provide holistic, joined-up support
- Contribute to a reflective, supportive school culture rooted in the ethos of “enabling the self”
The Ideal Candidate:
✔️Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Passionate about supporting children with Autism
✔️ DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
✔️ Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
