SEN Teacher (QTS) – Full-Time & Part-Time | Bournemouth | September 2025 Start

Are you a dedicated teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs?

A respected specialist school in the Bournemouth area is offering permanent full-time and part-time teaching roles from September 2025, with early start options available.

This inclusive setting supports pupils aged 5 to 18 with a range of needs, including Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and complex SEND profiles.

Multiple provisions offer small class sizes, tailored learning, and strong, collaborative support teams.


 

Role Highlights:

  • Full-time & part-time positions

  • Start: September 2025 (early start possible)

  • Small class sizes (typically 6–8 pupils)

  • Key stage and campus preferences discussed at interview

  • Opportunities to lead curriculum areas and work across varied SEN pathways


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Confident in teaching literacy, numeracy, and supporting varied needs

  • Skilled at managing and leading a class team

  • Experience in SEND desirable but not essential—mainstream teachers welcome
