About the Role
We are seeking a committed and passionate SEN Teacher with QTS to work across a range of exceptional specialist settings in Bournemouth.
This is a full-time position, starting in September 2025, with the flexibility for an earlier start and part-time opportunities available.
You will work with children and young people aged 3 to 19 who have a range of special educational needs including complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, and communication needs.

The Ideal Candidate
You will hold Qualified Teacher Status and bring a flexible, adaptive teaching style suited to working with students with varying needs and abilities.
A strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, differentiated planning, and a positive, calm demeanour are essential. Whether you're an experienced SEN teacher or new to specialist education, your dedication to inclusion and pupil development will be highly valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
