ARE YOU AN EARLY CAREER TEACHER LOOKING FOR A ROLE IN AN SEN PROVISION?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with the specialist provisions based in Blackpool. This provision provides support for secondary aged children who struggle to achieve within a mainstream setting. If you are an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher with the stamina to best meet the children’s needs, this may be the role for you!

As an SEN teacher your main role will be to teach and practise skills, i.e., social skills and to assist the children with the academic work. It is important that a sound understanding of children’s barrier to learning and how to support children in overcoming these. It is paramount that a positive partnership with other adults in the classroom and outside agencies is created to work collaboratively.

This role is active from October 2023 on a temp to perm basis. The pay is subject to experience and availability on the scale from £90 - £110 per day. This is a full-time contract from Monday – Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
