Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a secondary supply teacher to work in and around the Barking area. We work with a variety of Special Educational Needs schools that cater for all age ranges with varying levels of SEN so the successful candidate will need to willing to adapt to this. We require someone with a willingness to cover a range of subjects is essential and a confident, enthusiastic approach to teaching is important. You must have a solid understanding of the complexities surrounding the different levels of SEN and previous experience in these areas are desired.

We are expecting high demand for supply in the new academic year due to a lot of pupils missing out on important classroom based education for the last 3-4 months. A lot of these pupils will find it quite difficult to settle in the first couple of weeks so behaviour levels and anxiety level will be high. Our Schools will want staff who will be able to hit the ground running, be able to get students back into the swing of being in a school environment and have a understanding for their needs.
