A two form entry primary school in Hulme, Manchester (M15) are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their SEN team on a full tome basis starting in January. The school are looking for a dedicated TA to work in their SEN provision with a number of children with varying special educational needs. The provision caters for children from the EYFS up to KS2 who all have EHCPs. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and will work as a positive role model to the children in the provision. Experience working with needs such as ASC, ADHD & SEMH would be beneficial but isn't essential as training will be provided where necessary.

This FULLTIME, SEN TA position is to work in a very supportive, two form entry primary school! The successful candidate will work in the schools provision alongside the schools SENCO and other experienced professionals. The school is dedicated to making learning inclusive for all children and aims to constantly encourage progression for each individual child. The school are looking to appoint permanently for this position so a school based contract may be possible for the right person.

To be considered for this post you will have recent experience supporting learners with SEN and will be looking to expand your experience in a supported environment. Experience with in primary schools would also be beneficial.

This is a full time SEN support assistant role which is due to start as soon as possible and will run up until the end of the academic year.
