Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Support Worker to work in specialist SEN settings in and around Wendover, with opportunities extending to Aylesbury for those happy to travel.
The Role
No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of special educational needs and/or additional needs, helping them thrive both academically and in daily life. This is a hands-on, highly rewarding role where your care and commitment truly matter.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children, young people, or adults with SEN or a background in support/care work
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to assist with personal care when required
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
- Flexibility to work across different settings
- Available for part-time or full-time work
Requirements
- An enhanced DBS (child or child & adult workforce) on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to travel within Wendover and to Aylesbury if needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
