SEN Teaching Assistant – Flexible Work in Aylesbury (Primary & Secondary SEN Schools)

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to support amazing students across specialist primary and secondary schools in Aylesbury.
Whether you’re available 1, 2, or 3 days a week—or ready to jump into full-time (5 days)—we have opportunities that work around you. From day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, you choose what suits your lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs (including autism and complex needs)
- Helping bring lessons to life alongside the class teacher
- Providing 1:1 or small group support
- Offering personal care where needed, with dignity and respect
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with SEN (in schools or care settings)
- A kind, patient, and can-do attitude
- Confidence in supporting personal care
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- A team player who’s ready to get stuck in and make an impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
