Join Our Team as an SEN Teaching Assistant!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in both primary and secondary specialist SEN schools in and around Milton Keynes, with opportunities extending to Aylesbury for those happy to travel.


The Role

No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where your support truly matters.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN or a background in support/care work
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to assist with personal care when required
  • Flexibility to work across different school settings
  • Available for part-time or full-time work


Requirements

  • An enhanced DBS (child or child & adult workforce) on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to travel within Milton Keynes and to Aylesbury if needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
