Support Workers - Tilehurst
Are you a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting students who display challenging behaviours?
Teaching Personnel have an opportunity in the Tilehurst area for a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for a role supporting students with additional needs.
The alternative provision is seeking a hard working, empathetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with students who often display very challenging behaviours. Candidates will be working in a classroom supporting teachers and fellow support workers on a 1:1 or small group basis.
The candidate successful for this role will benefit from:
- Negotiable pay rates GBP57 - GBP70 per day
- Long term and short term positions available this includes day to day supply work.
- Rewarding position supporting pupils who have SEMH Difficulties
Teaching Personnel do offer many development courses through our CPD Academy; such as Autism Awareness, Safeguarding and Team Teach to help support any successful candidates within this environment.
