SEN Specialists Required For Secondary School

Job description

A school local to the Crawley are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to assist students with Autism and learning difficulties at KS3/KS4 level who requires full-time one to one and small groups assistance in order to achieve at GSCE level. The student is very friendly and calm but requires addition help within the classroom. The potential candidates must have a current DBS that is registered to the update service (full assistance given if you do not currently hold a DBS)

Potential candidates will be working closely with the pupil everyday and will need to form a bond with the individual. Experience working in an SEN setting is necessary and working with children with Autism in preferable.

The school require:

  • Able to fully commit to a full-time role.
  • A passionate and caring Teaching Assistant that is confident working with a child with Autism.
  • Experience working within a SEN setting.
  • Experience within a Secondary school setting.
